“I think I knew from the age of 12 years old that I was going to become a chef. I was baking all the time and then sometimes cooking for the family. This grew over the years and has given me a great career and some extraordinary experiences.
I think cooking is in the blood, it’s not just a job it’s a passion, something you think about all the time. I’m often asked if you weren’t a chef what would you be but I couldn’t imagine or want to be anything else. I am now lucky enough to be a co-owner of a fish and chip shop that I feel I can express that passion and share with our customers.”
